Cleanup sound manager class (#7158)
* Cleanup sound manager client
* Use some const refs
* Use auto on iterators
* Drop unused parameters
* Move sound_openal.* to client folder
* Move sound.cpp + OnDemandSoundFetcher to client/ folder + reorganize includes properly
