Adds hud elements for current position, lag and optional mapblock coordinates

# Settings


Settings with default values:
```
# hud offsets
poshud.hud.offsetx = 0.8
poshud.hud.offsetx = 0.95

# enable current mapblock display
poshud.mapblock.enable = true

```
