Miscellaneous routesetting fixes

- Move handling of "route_committed" to the routesetting function
- Put aspect in every TCBS on the way
- Add "route_origin" to TCBS fields to prevent subroute cancelling
- Cancel entire route when another train enters from the wrong TCB
