The uppercase conversion function uses string.upper with a hardcoded
conversion table. Given Lua's lack of UTF-8-based string operation
functions, it is not hard to see how this is problematic.

The station editor allows specifying custom displays, but the custom
value is appended to the hardcoded built-in display. This in particular
prevents sensible use of the display feature provided by the Konstal
105N. It also prevents the user from specifying shorter strings for
displays with length limitation.
This patch adds a al.get_line_display function that returns
linevar_def.train_name (verbatim) if the value is present. The
train_name option from al.get_line_description is removed as this option
would no longer be compatible with other options.

This patchset sequentially removes (IMO questionable) features from
al.get_line_description.

This patch fixes the issue that environment and approach callback mode
has to be set across copy and pastes through additional steps. By
adding headers in the following format:
-- ADVT-Environment-Name: tmp
-- ADVT-Approach-Callback-Mode: 1
These settings will be automatically set when clicking "Save". Headers
are only read when saved; therefore, codes can still modify the
approach callback mode (or any other variables that later uses this
header approach). This will speed up code copy and pastes, especially
when handling codes that require approach callback.

A player observed an issue with a certain setup where ARS is constantly
triggered and the route cannot (easily) be canceled. This patch helps
troubleshoot this issue by indicating the specific cause for
routesetting (in particular, which train triggered ARS).

Type-checking was done, but string values are not converted to numbers,
causing hard-to-trace errors in advtrains/lzb.lua:175. There is risk of
a crash loop if this is not fixed.

- Added "at_rideable" to include anything that can be ridden, rather than the previous hardcoded "pass" seat name.
- Changed how "at_control" was calculated (now checks for driving_ctrl_access)
- Changed how "at_pax" was calculated (now checks for not driving_ctrl_access)

Debian 13 has been released with Luanti 5.10. It is therefore safe to
assume that most players are now using at least 5.10 with support for PO
files.
This patchset moves the .po translation files from po/ to locale/,
making these accessible to the Luanti client. In addition:
* .tr files are now dropped as these are no longer used.
* update-translations.sh is now unified into a single file in the root
directory of the modpack. It is also designed to handle the entire
modpack rather than individual mods.
* poconvert is deprecated as it is no longer useful (for Advtrains), and
the effort to maintain this brings little gain in comparison. It is
still kept for compatibility (i.e. in case other mods depend on this),
but should arguably be removed in a later version.
* The unittest step for testing PO files is removed because
* It depends on the (deprecated) poconvert module;
* It has not been particularly useful - its only use was (arguably) in
testing poconvert itself; and
* It is not fully functional as it only checks PO files in advtrains/.

I found that poconvert.lua did not work at all on Windows. After a bit of
investigation I realized that it was the CRLF line breaks, and this
modification I made allows the code to cope with both CRLF, LF and CR line
breaks.
