Avoid translation across the first line of item descriptions
Fixes :get_short_description() chopping translation escape sequences in
half by separating the first line and the rest of item descriptions
into two translatable strings. The number of line breaks are preserved.
Workaround or fix of https://github.com/luanti-org/luanti/issues/12566.
